Integration Details

Dapt integrates with ADP Workforce Now to support certified payroll processing and reporting.

Before payroll runs, Dapt calculates the compliant prevailing wage rate for each certified payroll job and sets the correct rate for the payroll batch submitted to ADP. After payroll, Dapt reads the completed results and generates certified payroll reports based on actual earnings, deductions, and hours by job and classification.

Certified Payroll Rate Logic

Dapt dynamically calculates and applies the correct prevailing wage rate.

Dapt’s Solution Includes

  • Payroll Application: Applies the compliant rate directly within ADP payroll processing before the payroll run is submitted.

Dapt generates the correct report for your filing needs. All reports are generated from completed payroll results in formats required for federal, state, and local certified payroll submission.
  • Rate Comparison: Compares the prevailing wage rate to the employee's standard rate in ADP. Whichever is higher is applied. Employees are always paid the better of the two.
  • Fringe Adjustment: Accounts for employer-paid benefits and adjusts the required fringe obligation accordingly, so the compliant rate reflects what is actually owed.
  • Prevailing Wage Lookup: Retrieves the applicable wage determination, including base rate and fringe requirement, by job, location, and work classification.
  • Job-Based Detection: Identifies when time is recorded against certified payroll projects.

Reporting Capabilities Include:

  • State-specific certified payroll reports: Dapt generates the different state and local forms of certified payroll reporting.
  • LCPtracker reporting: Many agencies and general contractors require certified payroll to be submitted through LCPtracker. Dapt generates a ready-to-import LCPtracker file directly from payroll results — no manual data entry required.
  • Agency-required reporting formats: Dapt also supports custom reporting requirements for specific agencies.
  • Federal Form WH-347: Full support for WH-347 including variations for reporting to general contractors

Optional Add-Ons

Need more than certified payroll? Dapt also supports job costing, union reporting, and more.

Optional add-ons include:

  • • Job costing and labor allocation integrations
    • Union reporting
    • Custom exports and compliance reporting (e.g., workers' compensation, grants)
